Rorie Weisberg has two passions: great food and helping others achieve fuller, healthier lifestyles. And her mission is to change people’s lives through balanced living, one wholesome ingredient at a time.
Now, the certified health coach from Monsey, New York, will show how easy it is to make satisfying, go-to family recipes more nourishing in “Living Full ’n Free,” a new web series hosted by Kosher.com debuting in November.
“Many people depend on familiar recipes in a pinch when they’re short on ideas or time,” said Weisberg, the health ambassador of Kosher.com. “We want to show how simple and easy it can be to eat better without feeling like you’re cutting back or giving up on family favorite recipes.”
It’s all about staying balanced, she explained. “Each show will feature all-new recipes that focus on the foods you love with ingredients that love your body back.”
New 10-minute episodes of “Living Full ’n Free” will air twice a month on Kosher.com, the premier website for kosher living, and remain available to watch on Kosher.com on Weisberg’s channel.
“We’re so excited about our new partnership with Rorie,” said Leah Gottheim, Kosher.com Vice president. “Her energy and enthusiasm for healthy living are limitless, and she’s a natural teacher. Plus, she really knows her stuff when it comes to hassle-free cooking!”
Weisberg is no stranger to Kosher.com viewers. She was the champion of the “Food Fight” web series (kosher.com/foodfight), beating out nine other contestants in one elimination round after the next to clinch the title with her mastery of the final secret ingredient. She also founded Full ’n Free, a company that offers health coaching as well as cookbooks, recipes and her own line of healthy dough mixes.
