Davida Fried, early childhood director, Stein Yeshiva , with her family.

Stein Yeshiva announced that Davida Fried joined the Stein Yeshiva family as the new early childhood director this year. Morah Davida, as she is known at the yeshiva, is an alumna of Yeshiva University’s Stern College. She was amongst the first cohort of students to receive a full academic scholarship through the Legacy Heritage Scholarship and to graduate from Stern College in the Legacy Heritage Fellowship for Future Jewish Educators. Morah Davida earned her master’s of science and education from Azrieli Graduate School of Jewish Education and Administration. Morah Davida brings a wealth of teaching experience with her as she has taught in Jewish Day Schools in both Riverdale and Westchester, New York, and has worked during the summers as the early childhood director of Camp Regesh in New Jersey (formally located in Monsey). Morah Davida lives in Riverdale with her husband, Shimon (a Stein Yeshiva alumni), and their son, Joseph. Stein Yeshiva feels very confident with Morah Davida at the helm of the Early Childhood Program.
